Manage Cosmos Job on AurigaSentry Portal

There is a Cosmos Job Info page on the AurigaSentry Portal to display the Cosmos Job list. By default, this page displays Cosmos Jobs that are running within 24 hours and VCName is "exchange.storage.prod". Because there are too many page data, the page turning function is added at the bottom of the page, with 25 cosmos jobs on one page.

Search Cosmos Job

Cosmos Job Info page provides Searching function to check the lastest Cosmos Job Information. You can use these parameters to filter out the specific jobs.

  • VCName: "OBD.prod"; "exchange.storage.prod"; "Cortana"
  • JobStatus: "UnSpecified"; "Queued"; "Running"; "CompletedSuccess"; "CompletedFailure"; "Cancelled"
  • Cluster: "cosmos14"
  • SubmitTime Range: The maximum span is one month
  • JobNamePattern: Fuzzy query for Cosmos Job name

After clicking the search button, if more than 500 cosmos jobs are searched, a warning will pop up and return to the default.

Tagging Cosmos Job Delay Reason

The DelayReason column in the Cosmos Job list is used to mark each Cosmos Job.

If there is no drop-down option box in the DelayReason column, it means you have no marking permission. Please contact msaidataplatformdri@microsoft.com.

Delay Reason

Select the approximate DelayReason option in Drop-down box for the specific Cosmos job. AurigaSentryPortal will prompt a window box for the final confirmation for your operation.

Marked CosmosJob

Click the Guid in JobId column of the specific Cosmos Job.

You can copy two values

1. The Cosmos Job Link used for the Scope Job debugging
2. The Cosmos Job Id
